#Bitcoin is having a lot of momentum when it comes to institutional adoption however, it seems as the tech fundamentals are facing some challenges:

- We are seeing low fees (due to preference for off-chain ledgers?) which ultimately are supposed to replace block rewards for the security budget.
- Hashrate centralization now requires 800 blocks to confirm for a transaction to be 95% secure.
