I spent a lot of time (more than I wanted to) discussing AI art with people, and a few were very interested in creating art because they had never done so before, probably because they thought the lacked the skills, and "creating" something made them happy.
So while I still fucking hate AI art and the theft around it, I do want people to feel the joy of creating.
So, I don't know... it's complicated.
(Also, fuck corporations that steal from artists!)
