Of whom a member is Ryozo Tsujimoto who is basically responsible for producing the Monster Hunter franchise for a long while and recently has been involved with Street Fighter as well. I don't think the higher ups in his family understand video games as much as he does, being more typical Japanese businessmen.
Their English side however definitely is trying to corrupt and subvert the company. They tanked the Dead Rising franchise when they took it away from JP development and put it in a western studio.
