IDK I think he'd find our science too complex, not logical/neat enough. He really wanted it to be these neat sets of opposing forces. And seemed to have a powerful expectation for the universe to be simple (theory of everything!)
Instead we have all these theories supported by experiments (which he didn't really get, but you could explain it to him I think) that are only simple in glints & flashes.
If you told him how many elements there are he'd reject the sheer number as absurd.
