"content": "If you meditate for long stretches of time and get to the point where you can completely shut off your brain and essentially hallucinate while awake with your eyes closed, then I always imagined that's you activating your pineal gland. I got really into meditation for a couple years back in like 2017 but I didn't keep up with it. It honestly made me feel like a totally different person when I was actively doing it though.",
