Spicy sauce
~ 400g of cherry tomatoes, 4 red chilies. Ferment in brine (3% salt to total weight including fruit and water).
13 day ferment. Probably not as active as I'd prefer.
Drain (and keep!) brine, add 1/4 cup of brine and 1/4 cup of vinegar (I used apple cider vinegar) and blend.
