Next to none. The point of a coin-join is to hide in a crowd of UTXOs that came out of the mix. Since they are all the same size on the other side of the mix, it isn't possible to determine which outputs are associated with the KYC'd inputs. If you consolidate them back into a similar sized UTXO as your KYC'd inputs, it is highly likely they will be linked back to you.
