"content": "It's not that Antony is/was a bad player. If he had come in at £25m with less expectation and time to develop and adapt, maybe he wouldn't be seen as such a flop. He won successive Eredivisie titles, played well in the Champions League, was at the 2022 World Cup. But it's a cautionary tale expecting technically magical wingers to step up from slower, less physical leagues and be what they were there. Fact is, they have more space and time to do their thing.",
