I, as Admin/Owner of this community instance, would really appreciate tools from Mastoson core dev team, that would make this easier for me and my mod team.

I wish the onboarding to mastodon was a lot more helpful and less generic. I wish it was more human and community minded.

I'd like a lot more tools, and systemic tools to protect my community from hateful attacks. To outright shut down harassment and organized abuse or even random abuse.

Mastodon is suffering from white-man syndrome.
