Thank you! This is very helpful. So many folks here, whether covid sufferers, doctors or nurses, are giving this same good advice. It's hard to get people to slow down, rest, not rush back to activity. But I hear resting sufficiently is vitally important for recovery.
I hope that other folks will benefit from all this good advice and good research links, hopefully before they get sick.
