Same in the Amazonas. It's a CO2-source instead of CO2-sink since 2012. We reached the Tipping Point, but we have, technically, not reached the point of no return.
I guess, we could save Amazonas by restoring (not only reforesting) some millions of squarekilometers. But I doubt, anybody will do it.
