It’s an on-chain wallet (and not a very good one. No coin control, xpub export, address viewer, etc.). It just interacts with LN via submarine swaps which gets expensive and not scalable since there’s an on-chain transaction for each LN payment (except for very small ones where they basically just loan you the funds until you make a larger payment).
