Gotta say this about Mark Sutcliffe. He sure knows how to prepare us all—soften us up—for massive city tax increases. Though he yowls at other levels of government for their crass stinginess, he doesn’t seem as big on looking for savings within through measures such as, I dunno, shelving Lansdowne 2.0 maybe?
