"content": "No, there are some homeservers that proxy requests through tor, even though some told me recently they still leak ips, but that mostly hides the server rather than the end user. You can use whonix (or orbot on your phone) and it would be private, but being behind cloudflare is the only thing that prevents users from using tor. They are basically the same.",
