I wanted to share something that to this day is therapeutic for me as was suggested by doctors to help me keep focus during really rough moments, Maybe it's not necessary, you're strong in mind and have good IRL people around you, but I'm not willing to chance that if this could help you like it helped me.
It's easy for the mind to dwell on those who couldn't be saved. In fact it's real easy for the mind to get pushed to unhealthy extremes of emotion because of it. I would have to fight against going from sadness to anger back and forth just on small thoughts. It can almost disappear the drive that makes a person feel they are making a difference.
I was told to find a focus on something where you know you made a difference in this world and this note below was it for me. When you're ready, my thought was go through some old thank you notes from people and remember them and remind yourself there will be more thank you's in time.
Maybe one of those times can be now. I'm saying thank you. I'm often reluctant to say things out in the open because there are people out there that can use your own words against you. I know how important privacy is, but right now I want to openly say thank you. Your kind words have inspired me when I needed it.
If this note can do the same for you. I'll note it as real value 4 value or god's karma guiding hand helping those with positive energy defeat the negative energy of evil in this world. Again thank you.

I mentioned to Vera, next time in Moscow grab a Detsky Mir toy catalogue and whatever he wants will be his gift. He picked a set of dinosaurs because dinosaurs would stomp on the Azov people shelling and make the war stop.
The cost for a toy set of dinosaurs $5.00 in #BTC. Viewing the photos of dinosaurs shrugging off the ice age without a care and a child's gift wish come true. Priceless. His village of Horlivka had been shelled 5 times that week. Three times while he was being walked to school. His school was hit by a shell two weeks before taking out the grade 3 classroom windows. Up until I helped they didn't have heat in the abandoned home they moved into after their house was shelled.
