I love when I'm having a conversation and I disagree with a person, and they just listen and respond with reasonable counter points and don't take every disagreement as a personal attack on their character. The kind of civil conversation where you both leave having a better understanding of each other and harboring no malice about the disagreements is sooooo rewarding.
