i would say i have the same feeling as you.
its hard to judge that through the lenses i grew up with, when my country never have seen criminals that violent and in these numbers. the cattle videos are deff there to show Salvadorean voters what they are getting. and im guessing they like it. im not not too fussed about how they are treated. when inmates outnumber guards that significantly i think its the best and safest way to do it. both for inmates and guards. it would be interested to see what kind of sentences these prisoners get. and if they get a fair ish trail
