This is where relay list groups will come in handy (which I'm implementing in my run at NIP-23). Choose a group for mobile and a group for desktop, a group for shit posting and one for dev talk. Users will be able to switch between groups and not have their NSFW Dune memes spill over onto the timelines of Nostr devs.
