I had a similar issue on my pi4 running umbrel. however I was using ssd. would lose all connections to peers though and chain wouldn't update as a result.
sadly I don't think my issue is quite the same because my fix was reflashing the OS on the SD card. is the cpu firing on all cylinders? Is this happening during initial sync?
