Argh! Hope you manage to find a plumber!
We used to have the same problem until 2022, when a leak on the neighbour's side of the fence caused our whole backyard to become an impassible lake... for months!
Took several months to get them onside to agree to get a leak detector in to investigate... then a few more weeks after to negotiate getting plumbers + council in to put in separate supply pipes with separate valves + meters.
