She refused to mask (I’m immunosuppressed). I fired her. My Medicaid insurance wouldn’t help. 5 months I have been without a pcp! Calling all the time, no help. Of course I’m agitated! Finally, yesterday, I call the state ombudsman! My PTSD/C-PTSD also is with authority \u0026 phone calls. It’s so hard! My Medicaid insurance is eager to help me now! 🙌",
