The university did not mandate that every student had to be jabbed, however, they made it almost impossible to attend school "without" being jabbed. The system required them to have Covid tests twice a week; there were places on campus the "unjabbed" couldn't go, etc. They knew the students would give in to be able to do what they wanted at school.
