I use likes (or other emoji reactions on Ditto) as something akin to a greeting, a simple acknowledgment, a laugh at a joke, or a nod of agreement -- basic human interaction that does not require monetization.
Zaps are for value, something I actively need (or want) that you provided and I am willing to pay for.
Give users the freedom to choose! 👍 ⚡ 💛
