When testing #Gentoo stuff for #Python 3.13, you find all kinds of packages:
1. Packages that pass tests with Python 3.13.
2. Packages that fail tests with 3.13 but pass them with 3.12.
3. Packages that fail tests with 3.12 but you know that they've used to pass before.
4. Packages that fail tests and may have always failed them.
5. Packages that don't have tests or don't have them wired up in the first place.
6. Packages committed by a certain developer that claim to have tests but actually have none, so the ebuild has failed since day one but obviously they didn't test it.
