So the trucks can't make it across the state safely. Someone somewhere has enough of a brain to make that call. But downstream from that there is NO PLAN so they have us all go through the motions AS IF THERE IS MAIL. It is so mind blowing. They promote the lowest IQ people who can't think at all.
