Mastodon’s answer to “Will Meta embrace-extend-extinguish ActivityPub?” actually gives me a lot of dread that’s exactly what’ll happen!

Sorry, but that 100% applies to Mastodon too. I like Mastodon, but if you think it’s not “nerd circles”… I don’t know what to tell you.
