So annoyed. I was without internet service all day due to an outage in my area. Then they finally texted to say the service was restored. Only, my service was not restored. So I've had to spend time on the phone with tech support trying different things, only to have them conclude that the outage today must have shorted out my equipment. So they have to get a new modem to me. Sigh. I know there are far worse things, but it's still a bother.
