Consortium News is a reliable news source (spend five minutes googling Robert Parry) and this is a good article as far as I can tell. I’m sorry you’re having to confront the reality of the situation that the US (or whoever we back) are almost always not the ‘good guys’ in our wars and that reality is more complicated than you want it to be.
