Whatever this inextricable link between anxiety and anger is, I'm really starting to get sick of it. This shit is physically taxing and there seems to be no escape. 🤦♂️ Reaching new levels of exhaustion... then it explodes again. Surely there must be a limit to the constant adrenaline. So hard to calm down.
