💧Day 5: Fast Broken, Mission Accomplished🏁
I did it🙏🏽5 days of water fasting, and I feel incredible. How did I break it? with my homemade premium bone broth. I sipped three glorious mugs slowly over three hours, letting every smoky, umami-packed drop remind me why I went all-in on making it myself.
For dinner, I took things up a notch:
🥩 Three Steaks to share, Two Friends, One Feast
• Simmental Côte à l’Os (aged to perfection)
• Ribeye Wagyu (buttery decadence)
• Wagyu Bavette (rich, tender, unforgettable)
Every bite was pure bliss. Fasting was worth it.
Now? A quick electrolyte recharge and straight to bed. Tomorrow marks the start of my transition into a #keto diet. Keeping the autophagy momentum going.
