I use SimpleX personally and love it but I see several issues to use this as a scalable user support communication platform: it just doesn't integrate with any support/ticket system that I am aware of hence you are either a one person support team (right now we actually are lol - me - but I have plans to change that) or things start getting messy. Also it just conflicts with the clear message that "We don't do DMs, hence all DMs are automatically a scam."

No need to use email, you can just use the chat widget on boltz.exchange. It's connected to our self-hosted Chatwoot instance and you are not exposing your communication to any third party when chatting with us ✌️
