Bjarne is losing his mind bc of #Rust. He systematically avoids mentioning it, but refers to it immensely; makes criticicisms that are either not valid, or are already disproven; etc etc. Profiles will do nothing, OpenGL has failed miserably at them for decades, it's proven that you either limit the semantics, or you borrowchk baby.
He probably feels threatened by Rust, because all this started when it went mainstream. Accept it, #cpp has to stay in the past. It's time to let go.
