It depends on if you already have an account at an exchange that you could easily use to sell the WETH (MATIC) for BTC on.
If you want to use DEXs you could swap the MATIC WETH to regular ETH on SushiSwap and then to BTC using ThorSwap. Not sure how much the fees will be.
