Had my neighbor over for dinner. Lots of patterns I’m seeing. She’s a bit older ~60. Biggest one is realizing that scrolling on the phone is a huge problem and it’s gotten worse for her in the last few years. It’s one of my New Year’s resolution to physically separate myself from my phone as much as possible
