This post will be deleted when the time limit expires. There is no way to be sure all the relays will delete them but you can check to make sure they’re not serving deleted and expired posts to users. Nostr relays used to be all server base but now some clients have then embedded so it works more like Secure Scuttlebutt. I wish other nostr clients supported this and also displayed the countdown of time left in a post.
