Someone recently did a bunch of [un]labeling of Mastodon issues, reminding me that I had subscribed to some related to rate limits, which are the main barrier to me using the site more -- or recommending to anyone not extremely forgiving of technical glitches. I got them while typing the previous two sentences!

I know, it's free software, I should try to fix myself, or pay someone to do so. For now I'll lazily say if there's a bounty I'd be happy to contribute.
