Currently Primal only allows you to read this type of note. It is a kind 30023 "long-form" note, rather than your usual kind 1 that you see in the main home feed.
If you want to have it show up in folks' main feed, you can copy the note ID of the long-form note and create a new kind 1 note like you normally would. Paste the long-form note's ID into that kind 1 note and prepend it with "nostr:"
Any client that supports rendering a preview of long-form notes that have been quote-posted in kind 1 notes will display it.
