This is a kind of wordplay that requires context. It's based on a line from a song called 「ロマンスの神様」 "God of Romance," the original lyrics being 「ロマンスの神様 どうもありがとう」 "Thank you very much, God of Romance." The song is by Komi Hirose (she is a well-known artist in Japan and has been on Twitter since the very beginning and, surprisingly, was also on Nostr).

There are people who are planning to take the train named 「ロマンスカー」 "Romance Car" today on their trip to Hakone. So I replaced 「神様」 "Kami-sama (God)" with 「カー様」 "Car-sama," which has a somewhat similar pronunciation in Japanese. "Car-sama " is strange as a Japanese word, but the meaning can be taken. At the same time, I found it interesting that "Car-sama" is pronounced the same as 「母様」 "Kaa-sama" (it is an old-fashioned way of respectfully referring to one's mother).

Explaining my own pun was embarrassing, but I did my best 😉. I hope this helps.
