I may be a bit daft here, but I'm not understanding the problem. Your public key and IP are published to a blockchain. I want to visit your website, so my client reads the blockchain for your entry, connects to the published IP and gets a certificate from the server that it tests against the public key to verify it is your site. Why doesn't that work at scale? If someone takes the published address their cert won't validate same as with DNS.... 🤷♀️
