No evidence, including scientific evidence is perfectly conclusive. With DNA, there is always the possibility of accidental contamination, or even fraud. But DNA and fingerprints are much more reliable than, for example, eyewitnesses or confessions. By contrast, bite mark analysis and lie detectors are absolutely worthless, and should simply be excluded, like hearsay.
