regarding preservative 202.
some say that it doesn't stop yeast working but it stops it multiplying.
some say that not much is used so it can only impact a limited amount of yeast.
so I got 3L apple juice from Coles, added 2 teaspoons - real teaspoons, not ones you measure with - of baker's yeast and waited.
brewing nicely ATM.
it's bulging under pressure.
