The toot I am reporting is straight up a screenshot of a panel in a loli manga where an adult man penetrates a little girl. I don't think i need to say more. I am doubtful the home instance (cannibal dot cafe) will do anything considering they also federate with places such as shota dot house or rape dot pet (as seen on their "About page", section "Local bubble"). Nonetheless i forwarded this report to them.
