What's a normal frequency of changing manager if you have a job that isn't where I work?

In ten years, I've had six permanent managers and two on secondment. And my current manager is leaving in the next couple of months, so that'll be seven in ten years.

Also, the work that I do is going to be changing. So lots of change. I don't handle change well.
