Soviet rangefinder lenses are usually incredibly easy to service - this required backing out three grub screws, removing the close-focus stop, and then it just came apart.
If you can get to that point, it's a dirty job, but simple enough. I use bike degreaser and Q-tips followed by an old toothbrush, then a final clean with rubbing alcohol or methylated spirits. Once it's clean, just regrease with your grease of choice and reassemble.
