I talk to people who are trying to break into tech, and right now they are being told AI replaces the need for them... It's infuriating to be like we'll once you're in an organisation you'll find the majority of what you do can't be automated, but you'll need to humour that claim during interview, and show you've used the tools etc if you even want to get an interview.. I am not someone who thinks there's no value in these tools but fucking hell the shenanigans are out of control rn
