I think you just get a lightning wallet like Wallet of Satoshi. I’m that particular wallet, pick ‘receive’, then ‘lightning address’, then copy and paste the address (looks line an email address) into the lightning address field in your nostr profile.
I’m no expert though. I only just did this myself and I’m not 100% certain I did it right.
