Update to this last post as I couldn't wait until the weekend.
It turned out way better than I was expecting for a first attempt.
The broth is very thick though and despite it being "medium hot" it's still quite strong for me. 😅
Next time I'm gonna try just 1 part of the cube with 330ml of water instead of 2 cubes.
But I'm really happy with this result nonetheless.
