Yeah, I just recently rediscovered a folder where I put some of the writing exercises I did like ten years ago. At some point I ended up just creating a folder called "story" and dumping everything in there, even if some of the files have stupid names.
The Scrivener program has been some help in organizing things too. Files for each scene in a novel, and you can group shorter works together in a catchall project too.
Currently I'm managing to write approximately 1 hour/week, which isn't much, but considering long stretches in my life where I was writing 0 hours/week, I feel that it's better than nothing. (And I'll try to get in an extra session tomorrow for the holiday...)
