I am so, so tired of being forced to use "enterprise" software that is more broken than janky scripts I wrote myself, and harder to troubleshoot because I don't have access to the device.

Vendor: Open a ticket
Me: Okay
Vendor: Now get the logs
Me: Your thing is broken so I can't

If you sell me "enterprise support," you need to be more useful than root access and a career of experience. If you can't provide that, then hand over the keys.
