I have had the good fortune to live and work in a few countries. I have also had staff working with me across the world. Through this I have learned a bit.

IMHO, every country has things they can improve. To improve you need to accept that things are not perfect. That can be really hard for some people to accept and particularly if those suggestions come from a foreigner.
